Shipping Policy
At Snuffo, we work with trusted partner facilities to bring you thoughtfully designed pet products at fair prices. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Standard tracked shipping to the United States and Europe typically takes 7–15 days from the date of dispatch.
- United States: 7–15 days
- Europe: 7–15 days
- Other regions: 10–20 days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, delivery may take a little longer due to higher order volumes and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79. For orders under $79, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate right away. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it.
