Shipping Policy

At Furré, we work with trusted partner facilities to bring you thoughtfully designed pet products at fair prices. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard tracked shipping to the United States and Europe typically takes 7–15 days from the date of dispatch.

• United States: 7–15 days
• Europe: 7–15 days
• Other regions: 10–20 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, delivery may take a little longer due to higher order volumes and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $79. For orders under $79, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate right away. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Furré product. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@snuffo.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including items marked as final sale. We will note this clearly on the product page where it applies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Keeping your Furré cover fresh and cozy is simple. Follow these care tips to make it last for years:

Washing
- Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle
- Use a mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals
- Wash separately or with similar colors for the first few washes
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener

Drying
- Air dry for best results — hang or lay flat
- If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat only
- Remove promptly to avoid wrinkles
- Do not iron the waterproof backing

Everyday Care
- Shake off pet hair and crumbs regularly, or use a lint roller
- Spot-clean small spills with a damp cloth right away
- For deeper cleaning, machine wash as above
- Rotate or reposition occasionally for even wear

Storage
- Make sure the cover is completely dry before storing
- Fold loosely and keep in a cool, dry place
- Avoid storing in damp areas to prevent odors

With proper care, your cover stays soft, waterproof, and looking new — ready for every nap, cuddle, and muddy paw.
