30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@snuffo.net with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including items marked as final sale. We will note this clearly on the product page where it applies.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet shipped. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
